Great location, close to old town. Flexibility with early check-in and late checkout. Excellent breakfast options with a variety of choices. Helpful and accommodating staff. Fast and reasonably priced laundry service. Convenient pick-up service from the airport.

close to the city center , clean and spacious rooms with great facilities like a rainforest shower, and friendly staff who were very helpful with everything. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options including local specialties. We also appreciated the reliable transportation service and on-site parking.

They were great too accommodate our gluten-free breakfast request, we had a variety of options. The location was perfect, great to easily explore the nearby historic sites and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable experience.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Sarajevo and overall it was a decent experience. The hotel had a helpful reception staff who assisted us whenever we needed it. The location was also enjoyable as the hotel was situated near a key tourist attraction in the city and within walking distance from the old town. The breakfast was also well-prepared and delicious each morning.

There were a few minor issues that detracted from our experience. The bathroom door handle was unfixed and the toilet lid was loose.
